CLAY HAUSMANN
Managing Partner
Clay's background embodies the versatility of perspective that's at the core of NINE Consulting's expertise. He's a 3-time CMO at public and private companies, managed the California operations of Ogilvy PR, and been a finalist for the Sundance Screenwriters Lab. He's built brand positioning for companies at all growth stages taking an early stage startup from $0 to $40M in 4 years and revitalizing the brand of a 50-year old audio company, reclaiming the #1 position in the Bluetooth audio and Unified Communications markets. Having been part of five different executive teams across all these environments, he's able to quickly identify the most critical success factors in a company situation and build the alignment, the strategy and the tools to help any team succeed.

DENE ROGERS
Consultant
Dene brings more than 20 years of experience contributing to the development of highly functioning teams across a variety of corporate environments. She’s equally adept at research and coaching. As a market research leader, she served impactful stints at Paypal, Yahoo! and Ancestry, and built the market research/analytics function at Aktana supporting GTM strategy, product development and new market entry. As a coach and facilitator, she’s guided corporate offsites for a variety of clients, including Capital One’s Innovation team and Strategic Initiatives at CBS Interactive, and is certified in Systems Coaching & Leadership Development from the Center of Right Relationship (CRR Global).
